Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided
- Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration may not qualify for returns
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Damaged products caused by misuse or mishandling
- Products returned after the return period has expired
- Clearance or final sale items, if applicable
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days after inspection
- Since we only offer Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds may be issued through an agreed alternative method or store credit where applicable
Exchange Policy
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you may request an exchange within 48 hours of delivery. Our support team will review the request and arrange a replacement if approved.
Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.
